These people blamed me for giving my girlfriend Covid and stole her pay. The office personal call my girlfriend at home at all hours on her day off to ask questions cause they're too incompetent to figure it out themselves. The raises they give are insulting at best.

Love my job. Never could say that with prior jobs. Easy work, great atmosphere, you have very helpful people and grouchy people like any job but mostly friendly, helpful people unlike most jobs. Easy work, great pay, and extremely clean. The most stress free place I have ever worked

It has been many years since I worked at Hi-Stat Manufacturing. I remember getting hired straight in back in 1996 for $6 an hour. I really did love the job though! Such a family atmosphere! The people that I worked with up on 04B, 13B, molding and in receiving were mostly all great people! I thank the precious Lord & Savior Jesus Christ for giving me that job! I enjoy working here I like the process that goes into making the parts and the people r greatThere r issues but u will run into them anywhere u goPeople do their best here and the company is very flexible and supportive when it comes to Your personal lifeAs long as u r patient and focus on your work there is plenty of room for advancement but if u r not patient and only focus on negative feelings and want things done at your pace then u won’t be happy hereAnd as far as other employees go they r very helpful and patient when it comes to teaching those new to the jobIf u r patient love learning and working in a great environment then this if the perfect place for u

Truckers beware! Grouchy Mike works in receiving. He will look in your trailer and tell you he doesn’t have room to receive your freight. He will threaten to refuse your load. He will huff and he will puff, then walk away. The forklift driver will unload your freight. Mike will walk back over with a smile on his face, slapping you on the back like you’re his best friend and then all is well. It’s best to just let him vent.
