We called Tim to have him test our backflow system as the county needed to ensure it was all functioning. It was our first time needing this service so we were unsure of steps we as owners needed to do and were given no instruction on what Tim needed before he arrived. Tim came to our home and did not complete the service because our water was not turned on from the season. We were not aware we needed to do that ourselves beforehand. Now we know. So we rescheduled Tim to come out once we had water on and he just never showed. We tried contacting him for completion confirmation as the county needed it. Nothing. Fast forward to today and we received a letter from county that they will shut our water off without the form/service completed. We called Tim and he finally answered and was so rude! He basically told us he never came because he was pissed we didn’t have the water on the first and then didn’t have time for us. If this were the case, he should have never committed to the job. Just say no. So unprofessional. Rude. I would never recommend him or his service. So we had to hire someone else to fulfill the Backflow testing.

Highly recommended. Responsive, reasonably priced and knowledgeable, Hired to test my irrigation backflow. Tim found a leak on my backflow valve and repaired it. He likely saved me quite a bit of money to not have to purchase a replacement backflow valve. Tim submitted the test results to the county as part of his service.

For the past 3 weeks, I have called multiple times and left several voicemails, but no return phone call yet. I have also emailed them, but still waiting on a response.

I left a detailed message and Tim returned my call within a few minutes. Tim was able to help me with a leaking backflow preventer. He was super nice/helpful and his prices are reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services.

I left 2 vm's and I didn't receive a call back. I also sent a PM on fb but didn't hear back. Finally, I emailed them via their website and I received no response. I'm not even sure if they received my email bc I received an error message at the top of the page but at the bottom of the page it said the email was received so who knows.
