“My daughter was driving home from school and her windshield wiper blew off. I called O'Reilly's and Jose said not to worry and he'll take care of it. He greeted her at the door and knew exactly what to do. Picked out an inexpensive wiper blade for her and installed it himself. What a class act....customer service like this is scarce. Thank you Jose! You saved the day and put a dad's mind at rest!”
“I want to really appreciate one of their workers Jeremy Spanish young man took real good care of me via phone even tho he stood 30minutes going step by step. He ended up going out of his way to explain thru the phone the diagram of my 2007 GMC Yukon I was having issues with the fuses an he told me exactly which one it was ended up I had a burnt fuse position 25 - 15A for my left side head light, I ended up walking to the store an the young man still was helping me through my visit even greeted me the moment I walked in, An he also even gave me a diagram printed sheet of my truck…. Young man the truth hope you keep him around we need more people like him in this type of business…”

“Purchased thru Year One. Took a while to get, but is a great looking battery. So far, works fine. Started the car right out of the box. Charge it when you get it; I had a show to go to, after a couple starts had to jump start the car. Put it on a 10 amp charge for a few hours after that, no problems since. Been driving the car and starting multiple times with no issues.”

“Today, I had a wonderful experience at this store. I spoke with Mike on the phone on what I needed for wiper blades and bulb replacement and asked him if he could tell me how to install. He graciously helped. The younger girl there found the parts and was so kind and helpful as well. The other gentleman with the longer hair helped me pick brakes a few months ago.
