He ended up going out of his way to explain thru the phone the diagram of my 2007 GMC Yukon I was having issues with the fuses an he told me exactly which one it was ended up I had a burnt fuse position 25 - 15A for my left side head light, I ended up walking to the store an the young man still was helping me through my visit even greeted me the moment I walked in, An he also even gave me a diagram printed sheet of my truck…. “Purchased thru Year One. Took a while to get, but is a great looking battery. So far, works fine. Started the car right out of the box. Charge it when you get it; I had a show to go to, after a couple starts had to jump start the car. Put it on a 10 amp charge for a few hours after that, no problems since. Been driving the car and starting multiple times with no issues.”

“My wife went to this location today to get her battery checked. While she was there Mike took great care of her. After he did a full charging system test on her vehicle. He was able to determine that the battery for her vehicle was defective. Mike even offered to install her battery for her. After the battery was installed she had issues with her alarm continually going off. And he also assisted with that issue as well. Long story short these auto parts need more people like Mike. It’s nice to be able to send my wife there while I’m at work. Knowing that someone is going to help her with her vehicle.”
