Went in today to get my niece her first bear for her birthday and was assisted by Sabrina and Rosie. Very kind, helpful, and patient! You can tell they enjoy their job and those are the types of people you want interacting with others making their experiences one to remember!

Build a bear website shows they are open till 9 PM at night but they closed at 8 PM. We showed up with three kids excited to make bears and put heartbeat recording into them from ultrasound that we did tonight of our baby that’s coming next week only to find out that the build a bear website was not updated with the correct time

I love build a bear and my girlfriend takes me every year for my birthday!
This year we got there a little late at around 740ish. Sabrina and Dustin were AMAZING. They were so nice and didn’t rush us at all, and made sure we still had a magical experience! Sabrina was so helpful with helping me pick a stuffed friend! She also helped my girlfriend do a personalized sound for me 🥰 We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Sabrina and Dustin!!!

I went this morning to pick out a stuffed animal for my birthday and first off, this Build-A-Bear is awesome. The selection of accessories and clothes is big and the store always looks nice and organized. I also wanted to say how awesome Kayanna was. She made my day, she was so sweet and you can see how caring and amazing she is just talking to her. Would recommend this Build-A-Bear to anyone!

Love this location! My daughter absolutely loves BAB and decided to take her for a reward for doing well in school. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and ready to help as soon as you walk in. Special shout out to Miss Kim, she was so sweet and kind. Helped my daughter dress her stuffy and even helped pick out an outfit for us. She was AMAZING!!! We frequent BAB quite often but this visit was fantastic! Thank you to the BAB staff at this location ❤️

Elena (sp?) the store manager and Sabrina were absolutely amazing!! I had a very short amount of time to buy voice recorders, drive off site for kids to record their voices, and drive back to put them in the new animals. Between guests, the staff prestuffed the animals (with my approval!) so once I came back with the voices, we could put the voice boxes in, finish stuffing them, kiss the hearts, and they were ready to go! The staff was absolutely amazing and I even bought gift cards to come back to this location after the holidays. 5 stars! Thank you!!
