“This time got the interior clean, exterior wash and hand wax for our SRX. Car looks close to new. Very happy. Cost was $175 and I tipped 20%. That's the second car I've had done by them and even though they cost more than some local guys, they do a better job.”
“A little bit iffy the only reason they're not getting five stars flat it's because half of their vacuums don't work half of the time and don't use the one in Niles something is definitely dead in the air vent and it smells like rotten eggs and sulfur picture getting your car dried off and getting hit with a never-ending blast of yucky”

“The only touchless car wash that I know of locally that my work truck will fit through! Additionally, I also believe that this car wash does the best wash for the money as well. The ultimate wash here is $16 and their competitor is $18 last I checked and I think Girard Auto Bath does a much better job. The water jets are so powerful that it rocks my F350 when rinsing it off! The location is also super convenient right on 422.”

“It's ONE WAY IN and ONE WAY OUT! Keeps the flow of traffic going smoothly!
I like this location personally! It has a ton of vacuums which is a plus. The Auto Spa by my house only has 4 vacuums.
When you pull in the 2 automatic wash bays are right there which are nice but if there were a lot of people wanting to use them it might cause a backup on the road. I don't know as this is my 1st time there.
The do it yourself bays are around back so you must drive along the right side of the building to the back.
When I went no one was there but then it seemed like everyone started coming!
I used the automatic wash and I must say once again they put the one by my house. It's NO where as nice and high tech like this one at Austintown Auto Spa. The dryers here are excellent. You get a good amount of time and there are a lot. Again the one by house you get 40 seconds and it has 2 big red circular ones.
Austintown Auto Spa will NOT disappoint! I had a service appointment at Greenwood Chevy and it's right across the street. So it was like I got 2 things done that needed done since I was in the area.”

To keep it going don't be so tight on money to keep this business going and my one friend wants to know why tire shine can't stay stocked up that it's part of what they pay for and that it won't hurt you to update the old brushes. To run a business and keep customers you have to take care of the business and customers NOT just your self!! Just some food for thought!! I know a lot of people who brag about the wash and your good workers and that they don't mind the prices at all. They just wish you would keep stocked up and upgrade on that poor building!! “The facilities are kept spotless which is not the case with most other car washes. I appreciate and love the Laser option for monthly subscription; I subscribed to the crazy $45 ultimate package, only because I have a new vehicle and like the protective coating it adds against the weather.
Otherwise, I love the exclusivity aspect.
The downside is that they lack vacuums. They should also be totally free with the subscription. If I have the ultimate subscription I should have the access to use the vacuums for free. That is their biggest weakness in my view. That is why I cannot give them five stars. That's greedy. A subscription is there for a reason which is convenience. It's not convenient when I'm being charged $45 a month -AND- they have the odacity to then charge for the least profitable part? Make it make sense. It looks even worse when you go to every other subscription-based car wash; they all have free vacuum cleaners , look at that. However they don't have brushless machines. It's a monopoly. Once a competitor comes in with brushless their prices will lower.”
