I can’t say enough about Ironside CrossFit! I feel like my own routine I had been using for 30 years was loosing momentum and I was just going through the motion's in my workout. For me, the personal training sessions at Ironside were key to learning certain movements like the Olympic lifts, the overhead squat or even dialing in double unders. Having a coach fine tune proper set up position and overall technique was extremely beneficial!
