I went to this location today to inquire about a pair of shoes, and they told me their location didn’t have them, but a location down the road had them. I asked the sales associate to help me secure the shoes at the other location and she flat out said refused even though there were no other customers. They will never get a dime of my money. Worst experience

My husband had bought a pair of shoes that obviously had been returned they was size one we had the shoes two days they were size 1 and my daughter wears a 3 so she could t even get her foot in them ,she wasn’t with her dad the day he bought them , they was dirty on the bottom and my husband asked if he could return them they stated yes . So today we came to exchange them and keko and Keith were both rude to us she held them up and said these were worn we stated yes that’s how we bought them . Keith stated no way we sold them to you so I asked for corporates number and keko said look it up ! Keith gave me the number . Good thing champs is affiliated because they took them back exchanged them for my daughter. I still called corporate .

Large footlocker store with two separate sides lots of options and no aggressive staff trying to get a sale, I was in and out in 7 minutes for my pickup order and that was during the holiday season.

Google and their company phone number states they are open till 9 PM on Fridays. I showed up at 8:25, and the doors were locked. Then the girls working walked towards the door and I asked if I could be helped and they said no, they are closed. I told them that both Google and their company recording says they are supposed to be open until nine and they said no. I told them I drove up here based on that information and now it would be a waste of a trip. And they said “You can come back tomorrow“.
