Decent clothes for below prices as compared to other stores. Sizes do vary based on limited availability . Definitely a younger persons place. Service is spotty.

This store seems to be run by people who hate working there and especially despise customers as it makes them work. The cashier girl literally just threw clothes in the bag without even pretending to fold them and also charged us extra for a shirt we didn't even buy. The stocking guy kept rolling his eyes for no apparent reason and at one point and kept murmuring something. Definitely staying away in future.

Drove here because it's the only h&m in the area and it was honestly kind of terrible. The kids section was probably the most disorganized part of any clothing store I've ever seen. I would have bought so much more if it was better merchandised. There was only one cashier on one floor for 7-8 people in line. And not a single employee walking around the store. Impressively terrible retail experience

Went on New Year's Day and I could barely stand using their changing rooms - the floors were COVERED in dirt & trash. I have been to parts of Mexican slums that were nicer than this place. When I was leaving the store, I noticed there was dirt, dust bunnies, and trash EVERYWHERE on the floor underneath the rack and not just in the changing rooms. The workers there didn't seem very friendly either...won't be back

This place is a joke the way they treat customers Aaron a guy with long hair and glasses treated us so rudely I would never be back, if I knew my employees were treating customers they way he is he would not be employed by my company……

One of the bigger H&M I've been into. The store is clean, airy, and bright. They had a lot of options in different colors. Pricing seemed standard. Staff was nice and helpful.

You've been to one, you've been to them all.
Had to return some online orders. CSR was very friendly and not once gave us the eye roll.
Way better than the Kenwood store in both form and feel.

My granddaughter was given some clothes for her birthday in March and they didn't fit . Your policy is not very customer friendly. People are busy . I was not able to exchange the items at all ... just out the money .That's clearly why they are going closing stores all over. I wasn't asking for money back just wanted something that fit!????

H&M has gotten pricier. The fast fashion era may be over. But the quality and trendiest are the same... so it just feels like the customer has to pay more for less.

If I could give zero stars I would, the manager Aaron is extremely rude.My husband was with my three children & since there is no where to sit, he sat on one of the table displays for a minute, and the manager Aaron told him to get up, as my husband was attempting to get up he proceeded to rudely signal to him to get up. My husband let him know he didn’t have to keep telling him as he was respectfully getting up and he then told him “Well just get up”. As a manager there should be no reason to speak or treat customers this way. I shop here pretty often & he is always rude & doesn’t even make customers feel welcomed. I will not be shopping here any longer as long as he is staffed here. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.
