If I could give zero stars I would, the manager Aaron is extremely rude.My husband was with my three children & since there is no where to sit, he sat on one of the table displays for a minute, and the manager Aaron told him to get up, as my husband was attempting to get up he proceeded to rudely signal to him to get up. My husband let him know he didn’t have to keep telling him as he was respectfully getting up and he then told him “Well just get up”. As a manager there should be no reason to speak or treat customers this way. I shop here pretty often & he is always rude & doesn’t even make customers feel welcomed. I will not be shopping here any longer as long as he is staffed here. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Wish I had discovered this place sooner...it has quickly become my first choice of fashion. Super assortment in a range of colors and styles that really fit my taste and style. Sizes almost always fit me like a glove, and the prices can't be beat.

Store manager was absolutely horrendous. Made rude, and snarky comments while simply trying to exchange jeans. She simply would not allow it because it appeared worn. I had the jeans for a week and wore it once, I just needed a smaller size. Came over all hot with an attitude for no reason. Was very smart and sarcastic. Teenage associate even mouthed “I’m sorry” to me because she knew her boss was out of pocket. Should your associates be belittled and intimidated by you? Sounds like this location needs an investigation and re-hiring. Told the manager happy holidays and she whipped herself around the other way. So disgusting. This is the only H&M near me, and it is safe to say I will never be shopping at H&M ever again, good job store manager.

Really bad management, need to hire people who knows how to treat the costumer. Just because I had a selfie hold with my phone on it, she assumed I was recording the store, and yelled from woman’s department to the kids section upstairs, telling me to not record when she did not even know what I was doing, plus, you could have come to me and talk to me in private, and not to be yelling when there’s people around, do better and know how to handle situations like this. that’s so ridiculous and embarrassing for a store like this one. I’ve been costumer at H&M for 6 years, and never had a situation like this.

Collection of this h&m store is very bad as compared to global standards, either they should open a bigger store in Cincinnati or shut down this.

This store is closing the store an hour early from their schedule, the fitting room is closing 2 hours prior to the closing , and when I asked why? The guy working here laughed , horrible workers , you will not feel comfortable in this store

I personally do not like being followed around at a store. This is my first time ever going to this store and then I decided to treat a friend who was traveling from out of town to the store just for us to experience being followed around by numerous retail employees. Mind you we also visited other stores within this mall and did not experience this issue not one time in fact experience much more friendlier customer service workers. We even saw a questionable teenager possibly engaging questionable activities but of course we did not judge for the simple fact is we had no right to and you just never know.Sady of course with us being African-American and that individual we noticed was a different race it was very upsetting to see how we were the ones being followed but yet this other individual who seemed to be doing sketchy things was not even looked at whatsoever. Just know that all African Americans do NOT steal. While your hounding and following us you allow others to steal and many times are not within our race. Worked at Kohl's for 7 years. Never been treated like this there as a worker or customerAlso the store was a mess! Dust bunnies everywhere. I was amazed seeing how dirty the store was. Looked as of it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Very unfortunate

I had an incident with one of the managers, “Valery.” I was trying to handle my daughter who was playing with one of the mannequins. She made one of the hand fall off and I was trying to correct the issue. “Valery” walked up to me to correct the issue herself. I started apologizing for my daughter’s behavior and I was talked to rudely. She told me to stop touching and to go away. I apologized again for my daughter’s behavior, and she repeated “Don’t touch, go away.” I walked away because I didn’t see the situation improving. I asked for her name and she, in an unprofessional manner, told me she was the only Valery there. I talked to other employees in the store because I didn’t understand why she came at me so strongly and their comments implied that she has a history of unprofessional behavior. That was poor conflict resolution. I was told “there’s nothing they can do about it and they were sorry. All other employees were polite and calm; I felt targeted by her. I told “Valery” I would reach out to corporate. I felt targeted due to being the only Hispanic woman in the store. I’m not looking for an apology for myself. I did not appreciate that she acted that way in front of my child. I would not feel comfortable knowing that she would act in that way in front of a minor and, based on the store’s comments, she has a history of behavior such as this.

I was shocked at the unprofessionalism I experienced at this store. I was rudely greeted at the door to start. Then the manager was even ruder they decided to close the store an hour early and kick everyone out with no notice on a Friday night. They offered no reason why and just said if you want to complain take it up with corporate.

Fitting rooms always closed. H&M at Liberty Center closes earlier than online hours. Drove out of my way to only have 15 minutes - not that much time with is needed with constantly closed fitting rooms. Just buy online if you're shopping for H&M in this area.

This is my very first review ever and I wish I could give a negative point. My wife went to shopping with my kids. As the review from one lady said, the manager was extreeemely rude. My wife found a child’s pants on sale and the manager pointed at my wife and said she changed the price tag! And he did that IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!! I don’t want to say the F word, but I just want to let everyone know what H&M becomes now. The first time in my whole life that I feel so angry about a store and a salesman.
