I used to love coming into hollister but not so much anymore. I always get a look of unsatisfactory from the employees, like I shouldn't be in there purchasing. Then yesterday, I gave the cashier a $50 for $18 order. She tried giving me only $1 back. I politely said I gave her a $50, she said no argumentative that I only gave her a $20. Instead of arguing she should have checked her drawer. Another employee (manager I assume) stood right there and said nothing, not even suggesting to the cashier to check! Didn't correct the employee or anything. I have reported this to corporate as this made my daughter and I feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Mind you I've been gold status for 3 years showing how much I shop there.

I like their clothes and they have stylish options, but the music creates an environment that is painful to be in. They blast the worst music I’ve ever heard in my life and it ruined the shopping experience for me. Made me extremely stressed out and I wanted to almost gauge out my ears. This store is cramped and feels stuffy. Other than that I like the clothes they have. Please someone come up with a better playlist. I know you can do better.

Went there and waited 10 minutes for a fitting room. Some girl named kayla was being rude to not only me but her workers there as well. I waited at the register 10 minutes before I was checked out

I use to work there and they treat there staff horribly They are supposed to work kids under the age of 18 for 4 hours but they had this girl that was 16 working until closing and not only that they were being racist tours me I would only work once everymonth and they would cut my hours short and they are just rude to the costumers and the staff are never busy they are always going in the back and talking and laughing and The holisters at kenwood said they heard alot of bad stuff about this holisters and they have to change mangers alot but i would never reccomnad working at this holisters

What a wonderful service I received at this location, I came to exchange a shirt, but they did not had the size I needed, we return the product and the gentlemen at this location suggested and helped me order the product online, not only I received a free shipping, I also got a credit because the shirt was now on sale. Received my shirt on the mail within 3 business days. I am so happy with the service this person provided, is a shame i did not got his name but this was for order #: 20438844696on 07/24/2021 thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I wish everyone would understand the important concept of a good costumer experience and its participation of making this country so great!

Rude staff & clothes are way too expensive for the quality. The workers don’t even pay a slight bit of attention to you because they’re too busy laughing and talking instead of actually paying attention to customers who need assistance.

Lily never wears a mask, I asked her the other day if she thought her “rights” were more important than customer safety and got attitude. I come in at least once a week but I think I’ll be shopping online from now on, or elsewhere… I wonder if the employees there are uncomfortable but too afraid to say anything… Not cool! Please wear a mask! Thanks!

Manager Lily walking around the store with no mask, casually asking customers if she could help them as if nothing was wrong. Bad look for Hollister if it's a busy store and the employees themselves can't follow the "wear a mask" sign on the front of the store
