Have been using Kroger pharmacy for a couple of years and never had any issues. The staff is always nice and willing to help. I switched the insurance this year and unfortunately they don’t work with Caresource which I was sure that they do. This location was so convenient for me. Now switched to CVS at Target and already not liking it. The staff seemed rude and exhausted, not welcoming at all. I miss Kroger pharmacy so bad?

The pharmacy is convenient to us, and it's nice to get a text when your Rx is ready to pick up. The employees do care very much and always do their best to get the drugs in on time. I have switched several Rx from the Medicare provider to Kroger because tue service is so much better. Half a star deduction for not making people in the drive-through go around to the back of the line when they are waiting on orders that are not quite ready...sorry!

I have been using Kroger Yankee Rd. Pharmacy for more than 5 years, and the service has always been excellent. I have no complaints about this pharmacy.

First time I went to a pharmacy and wasn't fustrated , these people know what they are doing and are willing to help. Thank you CJ especially who went above and beyond to help me get my copay discount

This is for the beer and wine bar area . How cool to have a beer or glass of wine after shopping. Prices are better than bar prices for full pint pours. Plenty of wines and beer surrounding this area. Genius idea.

Extremely rude pharm tech. Made me wait for a prescription for a long time with no explanation, was snippy when I asked a question, and walked off without saying thank you or goodbye...I couldn't even tell if I was allowed to leave. I'll be switching to a mail-order pharmacy.

They will purposefully make your prescription 90 days instead of 30 to get more money in their pocket, which insurance (most of the time) won't approve it and next thing you know won't get your medicine for over a week.

Fantastic!!! We pulled and and this wonderful Kroger IT Professional not only pumped our gas, but he also cleaned all our car windows and great us great directions about town!! Fantastic, friendly service!! My wife and I could not have been more impressed! We wish we had Kroger stores where we live after this wonderful service!

I could not believe that this Kroger did NOT have any ONE actual cashier checkout lane. I had a full basket of groceries with tons of fruits and vegetables. That means that I had to enter all the codes, quantities and amounts...which is extremely difficult when your 64 years old and can see small print well. After I backed up the "belted self checkout" they sent someone to actually open a cashier checkout. Twice the light went off and after over five minutes each time someone finally came to reset. They could have at least had someone help me bag. There are kind employees in this store, but their management is pathetic!! This isn't the first time I've had issues with checking out at this store. I'm done! I won't be back...I may not even shop at Kroger anymore... especially if we ever manage to get a Sprouts in our area.

Used to be a great experience, now long wait times. Told my wife 20 minutes so we came back the next day, "20 minutes". We're transferring to Walgreens up the street.

I have shopped at the store a few times and it's like any typical Kroger. I used pick up tonight for the first time and I was very impressed. I got a courtesy call and an hour beforehand saying my order was ready and that I could come get it instead of waiting because it's supposed to storm later this evening. I only waited for about 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly.

Bang up job bagging up our order! The 2 liters sitting atop chips was a nice touch. Can't imagine you ran out of bags, but if so, you might want to communicate that with the paying customer. I could have brought some to you.

Not enough staff. Closed the drop off line and you have to wait in the pickup line. 13 of us in line and only 1 staff member assisting. Please note that all positive reviews for this pharmacy are really old. Will be moving my prescriptions to a non-Kroger pharmacy.
