Absolute awesome to use self checkout but be forced to have an associate come over because items had issues scanning and they think your stealing. Quit the self checkouts!!

Numerous pickups have been pushed back multiple hours, often with no notice until on site for pickup. Frustrating, but I dealt with the extra trip later in the day instead of picking up on the way home from work as intended. Today's pickup was once again pushed back two hours and I've internalized that the service is becoming unreliable to the degree that I'd rather just shop elsewhere at this point. My groceries are loaded around 7:30 and I finally make it home at 8:00. I go to unload and am met with the attached picture. For some reason, Kroger decided not to use bags for anything that wasn't frozen. The majority of my groceries were just thrown carelessly into the trunk of my car. I don't understand why this would be done and I'm done supporting a location that does not respect my time.

I had a really good day. The pharmacist tech Raymond is excellent and gives top notch service with a true smile and very knowledgeable on vaccines. He took the delicate time and care and researched my insurance on the coverage of the shingles vaccine for me. He deserves greatt recognition for that. Then my sister and I went to the restroom and the wet floor had no sign and my sister slipped and almost fell. I had a hard time notify employee because no employee wanted to be bothered with it. The guy at the desk was very nasty to me. I was try to be courteous and let everyone know so nobody would fall. This is my favorite Kroger and this was a let down for me.

This location has been selling ROTTEN produce for MONTHS meanwhile they're broadcasting ads in their store boasting about how fresh their produce is....

How does 160, 000 square feet facility only leave one manager for the entire store at the front of the store. Not to mention Kroger not allocating proper resources to make sure that checkout registers and self-checkout are all staffed so that your customer service desk can be covered.
There are people in this area that rely on those customer service money services that help them pay rent. For example. I could not get Carson, which at no fault of his own, to help me and customer service because I needed to pay rent. His focus was the self-checkout who also had two staff members.
Kroger you leave a lot to be desired when it comes to your customer service, I would not recommend closing your customer service desk at 7:30 p.m. when it is customer service that you are severely struggling.
Honestly don't know if anyone at this store is going to care that I'm leaving this review, but I would appreciate contact.

We shop at Kroger every Saturday. Always buying meat and seafood. We can not express the experience we have with “Dave”, he is very passionate, helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to shop in the meat department.👍

A great location and nice store is ruined by the front end cashiers, only one lane open with no bagger. Teenage kids with no customer service skills 😕

Always chose to never shop at krogers . Now I moved and it the only store around, they price house you . Then advertise lowered price with a digital coupon.. if you have that already just lower the price. Hate shopping and playing games with my money knowing I get ripped off every time I walk in this place... Got a have a Kroger card or digital coupon. I just want to shop and get a reasonable price but Kroger's makes you jump through hoops absolutely hate it

The best thing about Kroger's is the little clinic. I'm 62 and was carded today buying wine. I showed my card and was told by an arrogant little manager with a very bad attitude. Not happy to have to come over to the self checkout and seemed like she was put out because the other attendants were too young. She told me I had to take my driver's license out of my wallet so she could scan it. I said no you're not scanning my information. Kroger will sell it and they have no business with my federal information on file. With that said I will never be buying beer or wine at Kroger's ever again. The staff and management all seem to hate their jobs at most of the stores I visit. Rarely anyone smiling or acting pleasant. It must be miserable working there and they have become too woke! Unfortunately for Cincinnati Kroger will probably lose out big to Aldi's and Publix when they arrive.

A very bad experience. They had came and picked up our order from Oxford State road because they claim that they could fix it. Oxford State road called me to inform me that their printer machine was not working in the bakery. So therefore, Allie from this store came and took my order to her store along with a picture that was supposed to go on the cake for my parents 40th anniversary. Well Allie failed to inform me. That, their printer didn't work either. So when I go pick up my cake not only does it not I have nothing on it but orange icing. But when she writes happy 40th anniversary on it, it looks like a 2-year-old did it and she spelled anniversary wrong!! Great way to ruin my parents 40th anniversary. Thanks! I have the image but it won't let me share it for some reason. I definitely shared the picture under my other account. If you look at it, it's insane.
