Drove 30 minutes to pick up an order we placed and Kroger confirmed by text only to find it wasn't ready. They could get it ready if we waited an hour. No manager to be found. Finally left and called. Manager was 4th person we spoke to after 10 minutes on hold. What a joke.

Around 350p Sunday 10/20/24!
Doing an instacart order we were being helped by an amazing new checker. The girl overseeing her, Jordis, was INCREDIBLY RUDE to the checker and to us, Rolling her eyes and being snotty when the checker needed help. Her snotty attitude was unreal. The box boy, OMG, does Kroger not offer training if needed?!?! This kid, his attitude was horrible. He wanted to continue socializing with Jordis instead of working. Literally tossing products around, filling bags to the point the were tearing and gave an attitude when i asked him to use a different bag or double bag them. Had to completely re-bag everything before loading into the vehicle! The service at Kroger is NORMALLY GREAT! Today tho, those 2 people were HORRIBLE!
This experience with Kroger, makes the whole trip awful! Train your people on basic politeness & bagging

Self check out they stand over you as if you’re going to steal something. My most recent experience was that they accused me of stealing tortilla shells and after reviewing my receipt it showed carb count shells the worker stood there looking at my receipt for 10 minutes then finds it on the receipt and apologized. At that point, my ice cream was melting and I was late for dinner to get home after working a 10 hour day. I also noted that a lot of the products are not ringing up to the correct sale price. You have to watch what they are scanning. Almost every time I go there I find several products that are not ringing up to the correct price. Beware of this Kroger location!

This is the best Kroger of its size within a ten-mile radius. I may be biased because I work here, but the fact remains that the shopping conditions here are higher than those of other locations. The produce department in particular is much better stocked than other Marketplaces nearby. The bakery is also great: the desserts here always look a little too good.

This place has gone down hill! Pick-up has been abysmal for me, rotten produce time and time again, and rude staff who seem to only care about getting peoples crap loaded as quick as they can. Going inside aint much better, shelves are getting dirty and harder to find what I want with more empty shelves. I used to shop here to find a bargain, cant do that anymore unless i download an app and make an account, what a pain! This last visit today will be the last time I shop here, Jo at the uscan with a dreadful line seemed completely uninterested in helping me checkout!!

Avoid using the money services, I had an issue with a money order and they were rude and unprofessional, specially the manager. If you have an issue they don’t care and are not willing to help.

I ordered 75 pieces of chicken a week before my son's graduation party. They sent me a text for #41. I called the day of pick up to make sure everything was ok. The told me everything was good. I get there just to find out they didn't have my order, no chicken made at all! I showed them where I called that morning, where they sent me the text the day of order. My 17 yr old graduated college and high school, so it was kinda a big deal! I stead of having my guest wait any longer I told them to give me whatever chicken they had! Come to find out there was only 3 breast in the box they gave me! I had to take baked chicken, chicken that had been sitting out all day, like 4 boxes of iced up wings and legs. I made a point not to go to the one in Hamilton because I thought I might have issues there. Come to find out I still ended up with issues! If you order food from there days in advance make sure you talk to somebody everyday so you have proof and confirmation that your order is actually being made! I had enough on my plate as a single mother doing this for my child, the very last thing I needed was to deal with a mess over chicken I ordered a week before!
