I like how big the store is and they have items I can't find at other locations. The selections in the aisles ca be confusing but I'll get use to it and hope they don't switch things up again lol.

Did Kroger pickup and was missing many items (all frozen items, so the high school morons that you hire probably forgot a bag). Also, none of my coupons worked (conveniently, you idiots forgot one of my items that was free with a coupon)... which were supposed to be for the grand re-opening that was mailed to me. I won't be back!!!

A very poorly organized grocery as the result of poor decisions made at the Corporate level. The product mix is poor quality.

I’m a shopper for a shopper app and this is by far the worst Kroger around for 25 miles. The store employees walk around with EarPods in their ears and act bothered if you need their assistance. The cashiers fight with each other over helping customers when one line is empty. They never have a checkout line open. It’s always self checkout.

I don’t know why I continue to shop at Kroger … In the last three months there has been at least three occasions during busy hours where not one register is open… I just left at 6:30 PM on Tuesday evening… and the answer I got as to why they weren’t running a register, and everybody was backed up at the self check out was the one person we have to run the register is on break . What a joke…..they could care less..so why should I ?
