Very disappointed that the Kroger in Liberty Township, and most of the Kroger‘s now are only having one actual lane with an actual cashier working. I am going to find another place to go where there are actual real people serving you.

About two weeks ago I went to the Kroger first time in the area and I went to a line with two girls the cashier was Lauren I think and the bagger was Taylor they were so sweet and kind to me the helped me and my eggs was broken and Taylor went back to get them for me and I even forgot my lettuce and she went back and got it for me amazing young ladies for real can’t wait to come back!!!

Went to the deli and two workers were behind the meat counter and neither one wanted to wait on me they were talking and laughing showing each other their phones I was always told to wait on customers first! 2 more customers came up and we all waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order this isn’t the first time at this deli will need to take my business elsewhere! Where are the managers!!!!

It seems that everytime I come into the store no one is available to help me in the cheese area. For the past 2 months I've visited I've been highly disappointed in their lack of staff. The other day I had to call the manager to get someone to help me in the floral area as well to get balloons for a family member's birthday. I expect better staffing and ability to get help while shopping.

This location is typically my favorite because it’s slightly less of a disappointment than surrounding locations. That being said … this location does have a poorly managed front end. And shame on the store manager/ co-managers for allowing them to drown when the place gets busy. No one should have to wait literally 45 minutes to check out when they are spending upwards of $400 bucks a week at this establishment. And I get it no one wants to work anymore, but if you accept the management position you accept responsibility for the store and how it operates. When people don’t show up to work you have to step up. If that’s not your mentality then maybe management isn’t for you. When I worked at Kroger years ago the managers helped out when the store got busy, but that was in Georgia where apparently a work ethic is not a lost art. Everyone here has a “that’s beneath me or that’s not my job” type attitude. Kroger as a whole just needs to step aside and let Publix take over this area so we can have a pleasant shopping experience vs this subpar experience of grocery store chains.

This is for the beer and wine bar area . How cool to have a beer or glass of wine after shopping. Prices are better than bar prices for full pint pours. Plenty of wines and beer surrounding this area. Genius idea.

Friday 11/4/22 about 7:20-7:30am I summit an online order for pick up between 2pm-3pm same day. As I was on my way to pick up. I received a phone call stating that my order was not ready, although it stated on the app it was ready for pick up. I was told that my order was not ready because the truck from Monroe was running behind. I then received another phone call after I drove 25 mins back home stating my order was now ready. I was told the store could hold my order until 8pm Saturday (today) 11/5/22. I would have picked up my order today at 2pm. However, when I looked at the Kroger app. It stated that my order has been canceled and money will be refunded back to my bank account. I did NOT cancel my order nor did I ask for it to be cancel. Not only do I NOT have my order. I now have to WAIT five to ten business days for money to be refund to my bank account. This experience has now lead me to no longer do this again! This is the second issue I've had with order pick up. The first one didn't have half of what I needed and now this with my ordered being canceled by someone at YOUR STORE!

Worst Pharmacy ever. No customer service, rude employees, long lines. This pharmacy and this Kroger have been going downhill for a while, but today was the worst. Something needs to change!

I just had the most positive experience at this Kroger. I came in early (7am) before the balloon/flower department even opened to get balloons. A manager came to me and asked if I needed help and started to blow up the balloons himself. There were two ladies who were at the self checkout area who were both SO nice and helpful. Great people working there! Thanks for a quick, happy experience.

Fantastic!!! We pulled and and this wonderful Kroger IT Professional not only pumped our gas, but he also cleaned all our car windows and great us great directions about town!! Fantastic, friendly service!! My wife and I could not have been more impressed! We wish we had Kroger stores where we live after this wonderful service!

Nice large kroger,was a bit much but one of the nicer ones they have lots of self serve registers
