Took a while to get in but wow they care about animals and they do a great job and they're very professional

They're not in it for the animals. They're in it for the money. I will never go back here, and if they charge more after this visit, I'm going to channel 9 and 12. There are too many low income people trying to care for pets that no one else wants. It's disgusting. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Great people here. I trust them with all 3 of our pets and will continue to do so.Prices aren't the cheapest, but they have annual plans and other options. Also very up front on costs.

Best vet I've been to yet! I appreciate that they take time to fully explain all options and costs and don't rush you to make a decision. Bonus- my bichapoo loved Dr. Lindsey and her tech!

We had to put our fur baby to his final rest at the last minute. R.I.P. Bruiser 2003 - 2022 Dr. Lindsey Johnstone and the rest of the staff exhibited and provided exemplary care and bedside manor. I highly recommend them if your pets are in need of medical care.

My cat had a fish hook stuck in his paw, so I called first thing in the morning to make an apt. They said they could get me in, but told me to try an animal hospital, first. I had to go to school, so I called right back (within 1 minute after deciding I’d just bring my cat there) and I was told that my appointment had already been “filled”. I tried calling West Chester Veterinary Center-they got me in right away, had excellent customer service and took great care of my cat! I would not recommend Liberty Veterinary Hospital-they don’t put their customers first, nor do they take urgent cases, even though they’re a “hospital”.

We have been going to liberty vet for over 25 years and have never felt that our pets have not received the best care possible. Our granddogs also go to dr. Amy Johnstone.

I've had dogs my entire life and have tried a few different vets throughout the area. With the exception of the veterinary hospital in blue ash, I've found none as professional and well equipped as this one.

I was going to go with fewer stars, but 15 years ago when I last used them they were good and I read the other reviews and they seem solid enough. So I’m leaving this ‘meh’ review so they know how this potential client was treated: I found a kitten and called for a check up and to see if they could help with placement (as they did years ago with another found kitten). I was told a doctor had to be consulted first and I’d get a call back. They never called back so 4 days later, I called back today. Not only was I told ‘No’ to helping find placement but that it would be 2-3 weeks before I could even have the kitten seen. I said ‘that long?’ and was actually told ‘Well you can call around to other places if that doesn’t work for you’. (BTW I did - and 25 minutes later we are sitting in a treatment room at Pfister)I get it - not their problem and there are lots of kitties out there. However they could have at least feigned empathy. But no - the people on the phone at least could not have come off as more disinterested!

Ever since Collins left, they have not been good to work with including unfriendly reception and them stating one thing but not sticking with it. I would not recommend their practice to anyone although I had referred them in the past. Sorry for such a bashing, I just have not had a good experience and also do not hope to hear back from them stating they're sorry that I feel this way trying to save their reputation. As you can see below in their response, they're willing to put client information out to save their reputation making me out to look like the bad person when my review of this practice was not individually based it has been all which consists of 3 visits and 3-4 calls since Collins has left.

Interaction 2: Appointments are 2-3 weeks out even for sick dog. Interaction 1: Won't give ballpark base cost for procedures like most other offices offer, have to pay exam fee to find out what those costs are (referring to a routine dental cleaning). Even explained I understand there may be additional costs if extractions, etc. are found to be necessary, still wouldn't provide even a starting coat without paying exam fee and taking time off to take pet in.

Awesome, caring vet practice. Nice facility with a lot of onsite testing capability. The health and care for pets is the top priority.

We are new pet owners after a couple of years pet free so we needed to find a vet for our dog. We’ve been very pleased with Liberty Veterinary Hospital and we have used the vet and grooming services. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our puppy. If you are looking for vet care, I recommend considering Liberty Veterinary Hospital.

This is the best veterinarian office I’ve ever been to!! All the way from the ladies at the front desk, to the doctors. Always polite and they go out of their way to help you. Communication was excellent! They felt my girl needed to be scoped to rule out anything missed. Since her urine culture came back negative. She was diagnosed and diet was changed along with medication. They were very gentle and kind to her during this scary time. They have called to check on her and one staff member even supplied me with a small amount of food for a diet change, thanks Spencer!! Thanks for the great care you gave Nikki!
