“received better tires than was supposed to, due to them ordering wrong tires. But they kept the price the same.???? My only issue was a $17 charge that I paid, for the use of a credit card. I would have brought a check if I was told of this charge. Fast, friendly service. Will try their other services but will bring a check.”

They sometimes try to upsell, as these places usually do, but they don't do crap like leaving the cap off the oil when you drive away, which these types of places are also sometimes famous for.Nice guys, reasonably priced, and they get you in & out with no BS. “My car broke down on the Ohio Turnpike on Sunday evening of 10/29. I had it towed to the Flynn's lout making an appointment , Bryce contacted me the next morning. Their service technicians were able to diagnose the problem and complete the repairs that same day. I am in Pittsburgh and was unable to come pick up the car for several days. This was not a problem. In the interim, both John and Bryce had the wipers replaced and tires checked at my request. They were very helpful and made a potentially difficult situation easier to get resolved. Bryce and John were very professional and courteous when I spoke with them on the phone and in person when I picked up.my car. Thank you to all of the employees at Flynn who helped resolve this matter quickly and easily, and I feel I was reasonably charged for the repairs.Thank you again.”

They had everything fixed (AND I added on replacing my front/rear brakes!)...by the end of the day! COMPLETELY impressed, awesome customer service& very reasonable pricing. I will be doing all my auto services through them from now on!”

In spite of me showing up late, less than an hour to close. The wonderful staff got me back up and running in no time!!! “I needed new wipers. After installing them they wetted the window and had me try them. Thankfully they did because the first pair was streaking right at eye level on both sides. They installed a second pair then tested those. They made sure to tell me I have 60 days to come back if they don’t work well.”
