Won’t be shopping here again anytime soon. Bought jeans online for work because they didn’t have the sizes in store. Went to return and was a couple days past the 30 day return policy and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They literally have the exact same jean hanging on the wall now not on sale. A store credit was issued, but I am not happy.

Great women's clearance section and general selection of women's items. There seemed to be an obvious lack of men's clothing.

It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.

I LOVE Old Navy! I can ALWAYS find something there, whether it's for myself or 1 of my boyz.
In my opinion, they aren't very expensive & especially love their costume jewelry.

I placed an online order then you guys canceled it cause the sizes weren’t available. Maybe you guys need to check inventory and take down what sizes aren’t available. This has happened multiple times

I came here to return a pair of leggings I bought that had seams coming out of them after less than an hour of wear. I have never been treated so rudely and terribly in my life. Both the cashier and the manager treated me like I was a thief and an inconvenience. They even made the comment “We have cameras in here, you know” even though the leggings I was returning were in an old navy bag and I had a receipt and the tags (though not still attached because I had worn them for under an hour). I have shopped at Old Navy for many years but haven't been back since this occurred. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

i went today around 5:50 and walked up to the door and was rudely told they were closed. all i needed was to get an online order and i checked when they closed on the website and it said 8. the 2 girls at the front were just plain rude and short one had red hair color and the other one was right by her up front. i usually love old navy but i’m super disappointed in the way their employees address customers. i don’t even want to go back to get my online order now:/ side note the doors were opened. i work in retail and would never speak to a customer who came in before close like that especially if our hours WERENT correct online.
