DO NOT RENT HERE. They increased my rent 51% in less than 2 years. Ridiculous, I had to hire movers to move my stuff to a competitor 2 miles away in order to save over $100+ a month. SHAME ON YOU! Predators..

This review pertains to an excellent experience I had with an associate named Lindsey, who was a refreshingly and very, very helpful individual, and was able to set me up with a wonderful storage rental situation in one of *THE* most helpful manners I've ever encountered -
Her attitude was fantastic, her friendliness was reminiscent of the good old days when people actually cared and had Human Element to want to help the other individual on the other end of the sale, and in this case, it was A+ behavior and helpfulness A-z.
These are the kind of employee's that need to be hired, and kept. Wonderful to deal with, and makes Public Storage worth actually going to for future use!
Thank you to Lindsey, much appreciate your professional and genuinely nice attitude.
Who'da thought, people being good people garners good feedback and response. Thankfully, it seems there are people who still understand that.
