Self Storage in Liberty, OH

“There are a lot of things that are important when in need of a storage unit. This is my first time ever needing one so I did some shopping around. The first location that I went to was on CinDay Rd in Liberty Township. I went in to ask all my questions in person.Lindsey was at the front desk and her energy was welcoming. She had a genuine smile on her face and did not mind answering all of my questions. She was not annoyed and she didn’t rush me. She gave excellent customer service and gave me her business card incase I had more questions in the future. So over the next month I shopped around via phone to other storage places in Monroe, Fairfield Township and Liberty Township area and I did not have such a pleasant experience. One lady at a storage place answered the phone by saying HELLO. Not the name of the storage place or nothing. I had to ask her was I calling the right business and she said yeah. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t really want to answer my questions, as if I was bothering her. But more like she did not want a new customer. Another place had outrageous deposit fees, $200 to be exact, which is refundable after move out. Not including the one time fees and lock fees and monthly rental. So after shopping around for a month, I decided to take my belongings and business to the Cin Day Public Storage in Liberty Township. I will say their prices had a lot to do with it but more so Lindsey’s excellent customer service. She made me feel that the was the best place to leave my belongings. Just a good feeling to have during a stressful moment. She even called me the day after I moved my things in just to check and make sure I liked the space and that I was getting moved in okay. Who takes their time to do that? This was a long review but I wanted to give my honest review of my feelings. Five star review. The unit was clean. And even though it is a further drive then the other places I called, I’d rather take the drive for good prices and to have my things with someone who isn’t bothered by doing their job. Thank you Lindsey for a good first time storage renting experience!”

“I have had my items stored there for five years. Have no problems. They have taken care of anything that came up which has been only a couple items. They are very nice people and they definitely watch the property very well.”

I can honestly say that I don't ever remember getting a personal phone call from a manager to remind me to pay my storage rent so that I wouldn't be charged a late fee come midnight.
