Terrible experience! Tried unique nails for the first time for gel nail designs, but they chipped the next day. Got them fixed three times, but the issue persisted. They were rude on the phone, and the final design was sloppy and not what I wanted. Worst nail experience ever!

Asked to have gel removed with shaping and buffing of my nails. Lack of communication and the paint was dry and sticky which looks awful. I Won't return here.

I have been going to this Salon for years and I will never return after today. I had a classic pedicure. My last pedicure was 3 weeks ago. The tech, named Kim, was cutting my cuticles and dug into my big toe to the point where it made me bleed. The pain shocked me and I let her know. She said sorry and just kept going. I couldn't put my foot back in the water because it stung. So I held a tissue on my toe to stop the bleeding. I understand things happen but this really upset me. The manager was standing right next to me to and did not address the situation at all. I should have left at this point and wish I had.
Then once the nail tech finished my massage and went to paint my nails she got out the cuticle clippers again on the same toe! I asked her not to do anymore and she continued and said there was more. I had to ask her again to please stop. I don't appreciate not being listened to when I ask that something not continue.
The manager did end up giving a refund after we complained but this does not even come close to enough for me to go back. I am truly disgusted at their service and disregard for hurting me. I have added pictures. I applied antibiotic in hopes that I don't get an infection. It has been about 4 hours and I am still in pain.
I also find it hard to believe that my toes were in that bad of shape considering I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago. There was no need to dig that deep to the point of drawing blood.
I've been getting pedicures for 20 years and have never bled or been in pain after.
I am going to find a better nail place and you should as well.

looks like they were rushed but we sat there for an hour and shape was not anywhere closed to the picture i showed him. nor is the french tip he squared it off instead of a arch.

We made an appointment for my twins 16th birthday. They were the only place I called that was very accommodating and would let them sit together with a friend while they got their nails done. Each had nail art and the results were beyond our expectations! They have some very talented people working there. We will be back!

I have to admit: I usually go to Q NAILS in Fairfield and NK NAILS in Finneytown. THOSE PLACES are good-- great service, great value. I made a mistake today. I am regretting it. My fiance told me to go to QNAILS, but I was stubborn. I drove down the street.I told the tech that my feet were one month overdue for my regular pedicure, and she handed me a menu of options. Of course, I didn't want the "EXPRESS" pedicure, so I selected the 48 dollar pedicure that had EXTRA CALLOUS REMOVAL.Math isn't mathing. My total bill was 80 dollars. I always tip 20%, but somehow they slipped in extra charges. I can only blame myself, and I will NEVER go back there again.My feet are still rough.

I had a good experience, but my nieces nail was done poorly, three people had done our nails, l have been going for yrs off and on, l should of requested one lady who l never had problems with all the yrs l had been going there instead of the man who done nieces nails horrible Job, did not go back far enough so she can come in sooner so they can make more money for sooner refills after l paid 187 dollars and l Gave 3 people 8 dollars Tip cash and her diamonds fell off the next day, my diamonds are still on and it's been 2 wks since l had my nails done do not let the man Charlie there, my opinion do your or anyone else's nails she did offer to put the diamonds back on for free, but that was all, and my niece was too upset and mad because the man Charlie yelled at me over the phone and this is not good business for some properly nail salon who does not want to make everything right.

4 hours after my pedicure, my nails weren't dry. Upgraded the pedicure but nail tech skipped steps. They sure didn't forget to upcharge though! Had to wait around 20 min, even though I had a prescheduled appointment.
