The staff at the ACE Hardware are very quick to help. I had to visit this location for two different issues. Both times, the staff steered me in the correct direction. I really appreciate the time both team members provided me in order to get my home problem/concerns resolved.

The customer service varies depending on who’s working. I walked in today, the first guy was sitting down looking at his phone, never looked up and never acknowledged me. The two guys at the back desk were nice and helpful. The girl at the checkout was rude. I had to ask for a bag for my purchase and she threw my bag on the counter. I said, “next time try not to throw it.” She seemed pissed to be there.

Great help and service!
Looking for a new grill to replace our Holland. We settled on a Webber. BUT, WHO KNEW. Sarka (made in Kalida Ohio) makes one very similar to the Holland that is no longer in production.
Worked with us to make sure we purchased the RIGHT grill for us...the Sarka.
Our grill has already been seasoned! WE ARE HAPPY 😊

Went to my closest Ace Hardware Store to purchase plumbing parts, glue, and primer to replace PVC on my sump pump that failed last night after a very heavy rain. Luckily I had a water powered backup installed several years ago which proved to save us from another flooded basement and insurance claim plus all of the aggravating cleaning that's in involved with this type of episode.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I got a key copied in 60 seconds flat, got help locating something I couldn't find, and they even have a help desk with an experienced handyman that will answer your questions about whatever home improvement project you're trying to accomplish. They've got some of everything. A+ service, Ace!
