When I called I asked if my insurance covered a knee scooter and gave both my insurance information all of it and even got a call back for my husband's date of birth and again was reassured I was covered and was told I would be able to be let in at 9 am since that's when she started her shift even though the store doesn't open till 10 which I was super happy about since I drive an hour every morning to Lima every morning to drop my Grandson off at 830. I sat in the parking lot till 10 until it opened and the girl who was supposed to meet me there and was supposed to have everything ready for me overslept and showed up around 1030. So the owner sister in law now tells me my insurance doesn't cover the knee scooter that they are not in my network and that I can either buy the one or rent it. Knowing I needed it I said I would rent it well they charged me 100 dollars and told me it was for a month and 25 a week for every week after so I made the comment for that price I could buy one probably cheaper on Amazon and the lady said your exactly right and if you decide to do that you can just bring it back and we can work out some kind of refund. I thought that was very professional considering everything I already been through up to that point!!! Well I was wrong! I had gotten another scooter a lot cheaper over the weekend and went back to store to return it, mind you I called ahead of time and spoke to another girl that was also there the day I got it and new exactly what I was talking about and did not say anything about not being able to get a refund and knew that I was coming for that reason when I got there The sister in law of the who told me she would do a refund straight up lied to my face and said she never said and refused to do anything for me!!!! This place totally scammed me from my first phone call!!!! I was so mad and this is a small business you should be ashamed of yourself I was told the owner and her name is Jackie will call me how can you hire people that lie to get a sale and take innocent people for money especially handicapped

Fantastic customer service. Delightful staff and one of the best places to get started with CPAP services and supplies. The therapist Courtney is truly the best. It has been my go to for medical equipment and supplies for over two years.

Terrible customer service. I went to get refitted for a full facemask and was told when I got there my insurance doesn't cover it after I spent 25.00 for cab service and lugging my device in there. It's not my fault they gave me the wrong mask in the first place. I'm only allowed one mask per year. All that to continue feeling awful because of lack of sleep.

Went here to purchase some catheters, the gentleman working that day was super awesome ! Called today for something else needed and Carla was amazingly nice and went out of her way to help out and point me in the right direction

Purchased a medical tape that was recommended by the gentleman. Thank goodness I did. It saves my 2 month old grand daughter's face from being scared everytime her oxygen tubing needs changed. Thank you!!!!

I asked 2 questions about why she needs my medical paper work with a script and what she is then going to do with it afterwards, does it go in folder, do you shred it, what about hippa? Not complaining generally wanting to know, this is a store, I was confused. Sorry 1st time I been there, and in need of something. Apparently it was to much for the owner. She cussed me out, I mean literally raised her voice and cussing more than 3 f bombs. Snatched the papers and cushion off of the counter, she was very rude, I felt belittled, not 1 time did I cuss, raise my voice, or be rude to her. And yes only store in area with this cushion. 2 thumbs down
