Took about 2 1/2 months to get my daughter's wedding dress cleaned when we were told "it could take up to a month" when we dropped it off. To be fair, it was a month before Christmas, but would've appreciated some communication about it taking so long. Other than that, the dress looks nice and seems clean.

Work uniforms and my boots & shoes , I have never been disappointed always so clean and affordable, The people are very nice and work with you if you can’t get everything out at once I highly recommend !!!!!

Took a.leather coat in to clean and they ruined it but they took 20 off Whoopi only 20 they should of payed for a new coat.it won't let me rate them with out a star but the one star is a no

A while back, the dry cleaner I used to use closed. Partly due to the owners being in retirement age, partly due to the woes of owning a business during the pandemic, and partly due to new requirements the old landlord was imposing on them. They decided it was time to close their business. It's sad it happened for them and for the town, they are the only dry cleaner we had. It was also conveniently 7 minutes or so from my home. I go on business trips, attend conferences, provide training, take part/present in corporate meetings. I need the services of a dry cleaner. So i realized i needed to drive to Lima which takes about 45-50 minutes to go to. I randomly chose to go to Advantage Cleaners and try them out. I also noticed that they tailor clothing, which is a plus as I needed to have some pants tailored as well. I came one Saturday morning and entered the business. I was warmly greeted by a gentleman, who I assumed was the owner. I told him what I needed and left the clothing with him. Although he could have it ready within a few days, i told him i avoid driving all the way to Lima and told him i would be back the next Saturday. This is in fact quite true, as i only go to Lima if i need something from there, need to go to a specialist doctor or i want to have fun. I came back the next Saturday to pick up my clothing. The price was very reasonable and when i got home i was very happy. The clothes were perfectly tailored and dry cleaned. Due to this, Advantage has become my new dry cleaner and I have come back several times for their services. I recommend this business because of its friendly service, price and of course they dry clean/tailor well. If you are in Van Wert, Delphos, Lima and the adjoining areas and need a good dry cleaner, come here. Its to your advantage to try Advantage Cleaners.

Just picked up my formal dress for upcoming wedding and am upset. I was told it would be $30. And just got charged $49. How can you tell someone one price then charge a different higher price. They said it was because it was more than one layer but they knew that when I was told original price. Not happy?
