Had a great experience as for getting my transmission serviced on my Toyota Corolla. I called to schedule an appointment and it was quoted one price and then when I picked my car up was quoted a price $100 over what I was quoted originally. please be aware when calling and getting quotes for services to make sure that they are checking the right vehicle type based off of your vin. I even gave my VIN to the person I spoke with and they insured me that this was the price that it would be pre-taxed and then it ended up being over $100 more when I went to pick up my vehicle and the service manager advised me that due to my transmission that I had it would be higher and he apologized and didn’t offer any compensation for me being quoted wrong. great service but beware of pricing and what you’re being quoted

Phenomenal job! First time getting a new car. There was no pressure, and time and time again they kept bringing the cost down on my monthly payments. Without me having to be super persistent. I'd recommend Mike to anyone! Definitely will look here first when shopping for cars in the future!

Review for White's Honda and Toyota
I recently had a disappointing experience at White's Honda and Toyota that I feel compelled to share. A couple of days ago, I visited their service department with an estimate I had received previously for over $1,000 worth of brake, rotor, and pad work, along with detailing. I was also in need of new rear tires, which I had ordered from Amazon.
I scheduled an appointment for the mounting and balancing of my new tires, expecting a straightforward process. I was quoted $15 per tire for the service, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting for an hour, I was informed that my tire's valve was bent, and that I would have to pay an additional $200 to fix the rim before they could properly install the tire.
What struck me as particularly frustrating was that they did not consult me before proceeding to remove the tire with the bent valve, nor did they offer any alternatives or solutions. Instead, they simply presented me with an unexpected bill, hoping I would just go along with it. This left me feeling taken advantage of, as if they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me rather than providing quality customer service.
It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over the well-being of their customers. I cannot recommend White's Honda and Toyota based on this experience. If you value transparency and customer care, I suggest looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.
