Customer service is great! Service however is questionable. I have had my vehicle in and had to tell service exactly where to look for damage then 6 months later same issue and area and was told it was not related even though same area. I told them I did not accept that to be true. I have been a customer for several years but am seriously considering going to another dealership.

I brought our new Toyota Sienna in for paint work after wind blew a box into the side. They contract out paint work/corrections and was performed so poorly that I had to bring to a second facility to correct the paint (insurance agent laughed when he saw the finished job). I would highly recommend not bringing any vehicle here for paint work but the technicians did an overall good job changing the side mirror. The ladies in the office were excellent and extremely helpful & informative.When I went to pick up the vehicle - it was completely covered in bird droppings. The manager (Fisher) was extremely unprofessional & did not care - they have a car wash on site. I will never return to this dealership due to the unprofessional comments from the manager.
