Very trustworthy. I've taken it in twice fully expecting them having to do something. Other places would have just did what I asked and charging for it. Both times he's flat out said it's not needed/ shouldn't do anything yet. Only downside is that they are always busy and it takes a while to schedule something.

John was really quick on same diagnosis, 50% saved over dealer estimate, scheduled service over a week quicker than Tom AHL. Performs extended Warranty and regular maintenance work. High value, more reasonable service. Referred by close friend whom I trust.

I love bringing my car here. He is honest and fair. If something doesn’t need fixed, he tells you straight up that it doesn’t need fixed, rather than finding things to charge you for. The pricing is extremely fair and I trust his judgment on anything regarding my car because he really puts his customers before anything else!

I've had my car since April. Bought it here. Tried two times to get oil changes from here and both times been told we're sorry we have to reschedule you for another week. I had gotten coupons for services and have yet to use any of them because I've been told I had to wait a week both times. What a joke!!

John had been my mechanic for over 20 years. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand and does not play games with unnecessary repairs — he’s a straight shooter and I love that. There’s good reason he’s usually booked a fair amount in advance — many others trust him as I do. I can’t really compare him to anyone else, as he’s been “my guy” for so long, but stories I hear coming out of dealerships’ repair centers…NO THANKS!
