The trainers are great motivators and supporters! I have been very pleased with the progress I have made since becoming a member in Feb 2025! I have found the difference I was looking for in this gym! Keep up the great and appreciated work AF Trainers!

I have been a member of this club for 15 years and followed it from Clocktower to its present location. This club is clean, friendly, and safe (even at 4:30AM). 💜💜💜💜💜

I love this gym. I travel for work, so I go to a lot of ATF locations, and this one is my favorite. It’s clean, well taken care of, great equipment, newer equipment, the employees are happy, and they have a little cafe to buy snacks or protein.
