Called to cancel storage several times. Left message to call me. No one did. Stayed on hold for 5 minutes one time. No one picked up. Got a call today with apologies and a refund.would be 5 if the call had come before my initial response.

They just had to raise their prices but they're still the cheapest in my area. The Manager, Victor, seems to be a nice guy & is very easy to deal with. I had a 10x20 for nearly a year before a single price increase there. Clean, gated, fenced, cameras, nice area.
