Manager Monique is VERY rude and lazy. Any time I go there and she is there, all she is doing is bossing other employees around and is very rude to the employees. MAY BE nice to customers but first hand witness this woman be rude to employees! UNACCEPTABLE!! PLACE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER!!!

This is the best place for fragrance candles, lotions, body soaps, and more. They also have the same for men. The staff are inviting, knowledgeable, and can help you find things you didn't even know they had.

I came by Bath & Body Works back in November for their black friday sale. My family loves their candles and especially their body washes. I moved to a nearby town back in 2020 and will admit to doing something people from where I come from (Miami, Florida) do. They completely ignore people and the situation and do what they want. See I did not notice a huge line of people waiting to be let in, in small groups at a time into the store. I just boom, walked in and started shopping. Thankfully for me, no one noticed! At least no store employee did. I got the stuff I was looking for, got helped by a store employee even to find them. I was then was reminded by a different store employee to remember to go on my app for coupons and rebates if I was a rewards member, which I had completely forgotten about! That saved me some money!The line to pay for my items was a little long and took me 20 minutes to get thru, but thats rather quick for Black Friday.Then I walked out, and to my chagrin i then noticed the line! Wow! I felt really bad! The line went down a large length of the mall! Apologies to everyone I skipped!!! Anyway, my family and I got the stuff I needed... in record time...
