I always come here when I need to have my car diagnosed. Very good auto mechanics very professional. On the other hand it's all about the money ? ? ? with these guys. If you have money to burn ? they will help you. Other then that very professional.

Went to pennzoil across the street they broke my vow stem and refused to pay but told me to drive across the street to Best one. I went across to Best One they helped me immediately and at a very affordable price. They were very nice and understanding o what had just happened to me. Thank you Best One for helping me to continue providing for my children with my vehicle

We took our car here for suspension work. They gave us a quote for $3500. $2500 for the suspension work and $1000 for tires. They didn't try to offer us cheaper tires, and they quoted the most expensive parts. They were also overcharging for labor.
We took the car to a different shop and got a quote for $1300.
I wont take any of my cars here.

We got a flat tire while traveling through the area, and they had a tire in my size in stock and got us in and out in less than an hour! Super thankful for their speedy service.

I had a stone stuck in my brakes/ wheel and it was making an awful squealing noise. I called and spoke with Drew and they were able to get me in and out the same day with very little wait. Everyone was so professional and very nice and they were able to fix the problem quickly. They were all awesome!!

I called corporate to discuss there store in Jackson, Michigan..They refuse to return any phone calls..SO THAT IN IT'S SELF TELLS YOU THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERONLY THE MONEY!!!!THERE BETTER PLACES TO BUY TIRES !!!!!
