All I did is drive in too take a look at your vehicles, your intercom started screaming at me to leave the area my truck is worth more then anything you have on your lot. And on a Sunday morning been to many dealerships to see what they have never have been treated like that wow. Very rude.

I'm sending another update on the car. I erased my last comment according to the second opinion it was my muffler. The customer service was excellent and got much better since the last comment. She has a lovely personality and very patient. The motor is running good so far. Thank you and pardon me for the Comment I made yesterday. 😊 all I ask is for a explanation next time. Communication is key. I feel so much better to know they did a good job and I am woman enough to admit when I am wrong. Thanks again Byrider.

Ever since they went under new management they went down hill. Their automotive people cant talk to customers respectfully. Cant just do whats asked. Try to come up with everything to make your bill way more than needs to be. Will not ever go back to their mechanics

Jd byrider has been scamming me since I’ve got the car constantly making me pay money when parts are covered in the contract under warranty I’m really feeling like a lawsuit is needed! What y’all think 💰

Great experience. Nice sales people not like others that are out for commission but attentive and helpful as they can be.
Really went out of their way to help.
Yes u pay a little more for a car, but when down on your luck they are go to people who will do anything to help u get financed

Was told multiple times over the phone i was approved and that a down payment was not required. I drove all the way there only to be told I need 1000$ down to do anything. Nothing but lies and shady tactics.

Very friendly, kind, was not rushed into making a decision, wasn't pushed into buying a car, everything was explained to my understand! The payments are due on a day I get paid so no issues to pay, the car is clean and runs great. Thank you Shawn for being a great sales man!
