This bank branch is the best! Every time we stop in, the tellers are so friendly and helpful. Today, we needed a signature notarized, and it wasn't a problem that we didn't have an appointment. Brandon was super pleasant and cheerful, even at the end of his workday. We also met the manager, Becky. She was also very nice and took time to chat with us. Such a welcoming atmosphere here. Great job to all!

I’ve been banking with this Chase branch for a little over a year and it has been the greatest banking experience I have ever received. They treat each account holder like they are a VIP and have exceeded all banking expectations. Every employee is so kind and helpful to my family. They have helped us in so many ways that I cannot even write them all out. Thank you for treating us so well and providing not only a great experience, but also the tools to grow our account and be successful! 5 stars does not do this branch justice!

I had the hardest time getting resposes from the loan manager Cynthia Sawmiller | Home Lending Advisor | NMLS ID 824021, along with constant changes of what was needed and if I was not pushing the entire loan process on my end, it would not have closed.

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. I went in trying to pull my money out of my account and they( specifically Mrs. Truesdale) treated me like i was stealing my own money. I have used the one on cable and the one in wapak and have never had problems. I tell Mrs. Truesdale i want to pull all money out, except for $1. She ends up closing my account and can not fix her error. I have banked with bank one/chase for 22 years and this was the biggest error they have made. She should not have her job!!!
