For some bizarre reason management has decided to close the restrooms to the public. This makes zero sense. I would recommend going across the street to the much nicer pharmacy

I just called here to make sure my prescription was covered by my insurance for me and the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me. Like don't be rude if you don't like your job then don't work for CVS. Please don't be rude to others it's not the way to go. I'll have to go somewhere else other than this location

They didn't have my medication in stock, which on its own isn't an issue, but pharmacy staff did not say anything to me regarding this. I didn't even realize it until I was back home. I went back to the pharmacy to let them know I was missing one and that's when they finally told me. It would have saved us both time if there had been proper communication.

Rude employee's. Changing pharmacies. Losing my business. Staff got nasty with my Son picking up my prescription because I am home sick.

Over last year pharmacy has progressively gotten slower and slower. Not uncommon to wait 30 minutes or more to pick up prescription.

Just wanted to say Matt Castle ( rx manager )went over and above, to help us with receiving pcr test results from a pharmacy in Florida, so that we were able to return to Canada...Thank you for all your help...Very much appreciated ?
