I just left this store 5 mins ago and i'll tell you what this store has gotten so bad since the old store manager (Brian) and the rest of his crew left. I heard what happen to these guys and Dollar general should really go out of business ! Firing a store manager for their internet going out all the time is ridiculous ! Him and his team kept that store so clean and neat and stocked it was by far the best store i have ever been in. I will never go in this store again. The store looked horrible , There was i believe they call rolltainers all over the floor 13 to be exact ! on the back and cooler isle . The floors were nasty and there was BLACK MOLD on the milk coolers . I told the managers about it and they seemed like they didnt care at all. Dollar General you should be ashamed of your district manager you have running this district ! You guys must really be desperate ! The team that was there before these new horrible workers you have now were SO MUCH BETTER then what you have now ! i know all the last team members names and im going to give them a shoutout cause they were the best team ive seen in any store BY FAR ! Brian , Jessie ( the southern guy ) Page , And sweet Marna ! I miss them guys ! A good store was ruined , The only good store left here in lima. They even have their workers smoking weed in the parking lot ! They are very rude and nasty people now ! Go out of business at this store now cause you had the best team and got rid of them for the horrible people you got now!

Horrible service, old lady and her manager wouldn’t give me a refund even though I was there less than 2 hours ago since she didn’t give me a receipt, the receipt was still probably there but they didn’t even try to help me out, they just stared at me and said nothing we can do

This dg has got to get the award for America's most unreliable store. 3rd time this week sorry we're closed due to system being down will reopen when we can. So not the employees fault just the people running it.

This location is where all hope goes to die. From the parking lot to the store, and especially the staff, it’s a store that leaves a pit in your stomach as you leave.

Nice, new store that is poorly stocked and understaffed. Dollar general is normally my go to small store. I've started driving past this one to go to the older store on Shawnee Rd.
