Went on my lunch break to pick a few things up as I have limited time. Door was locked and when I called the store I couldn't get an answer even with all the lights on inside.

Purchased things i wanted thought my bill was a bit much,got home to find that I'd been charged the 'new' price even though the items were clearly marked $1.25 one piece I was charged $3.50 if I wanted to pay that much I'd shop at Walmart, when I returned them I was informed that everything is going to be $1.50 and the girl that was putting the dots on must not have gotten to those. And the $3.50 item,'you got that in the plus section!' 'no I got that over there (pointing to the back left side of the store, which another employee verified) I know the plus section costs more was also informed that they had just taken over that store 3 weeks ago (WOW I'm impressed,Not) I've worked retail for over 36years I don't need attitude and excuses a simple apology and explanation goes a long way. Glad I asked for my receipt

Showed up at Noon, on my lunch break, to find the doors locked. Called and associate answered the phone stating he locked the doors so he can unload the truck. No note on the door to inform anybody, during regular business hours and a time during frequent customers. Perhaps management should be coming in to help cover these times when short.

I go here quite often to buy the large bottles of water and I normally take 1 bottle to the register and they ring it up 12 times because they are wrapped in plastic and it makes it much easier to carry a 6 pack of gallon bottles and the manager came out and grabbed a 6 pack of the water and started tearing the plastic off and said each one had to be rang up individual,what makes the difference if you ring 1 bottle 12 times!!!!! What a way to run a business! I won't be going back in this store!

I used to love going to that Dollar tree. ( I know everyone is short staffed) But straighten out the store. And whoever the employee was that was standing at the end of the line. Coughing and not covering her mouth, was absolutely disgusting.
And they never have any money, always begging for fives and ones

They never have helium. Multiple people are constantly asking for this service, you would think they would maintain stock, but no.
Employees are incompetent and don't answer phones.

I love to shop here but when u close at 9 and u lock the doors behind me at 8:49 that is not cool. I can see letting the ones that r already in there finish shopping and not let any new customers in but to hurry u along and announce at 845 that they r closing in 5 minutes is down right rude. :(

The store is great but some of the other customers that go in there are DISRESPECTFUL ,UNGRATEFUL WITCHES!!!!! Listening to the way they speak to the staff is unbelievable!!!! Where do some of y'all get off thinking it's their job to shop for you? Getting something of a shelf you can't reach yeah that's their job showing you where something is yeah that's their job too but for some of y'all to have them get something for y'all that's literally at eye level is lazy on y'all end

Is this store still open? Last 2 times I’ve gone they haven’t been open. Today the lights were on but the door is locked.
