Terrible service. I ordered a pizza late at night to be eaten he next day, and it was burnt beyond the point of being stomached. I called to let them know and the manager was disrespectful, condescending, and insulting. Then refused to tell me when I could reach her general manager claiming that she,"wasn't aloud to give out that information." I was able to call back and another employee gave me the time the GM would be in.

These guys tell you a time and by God they are always before that time knocking at my door very good customer service coming from this store, keep up the good work at cable court store. And thank you.

Terrible customer service from the female manager. During an online order I needed help with, she berated me for not doing something correctly because it would mke more work for her.

I've ordered from this particular branch on several occasions, and other than the random forgotten dipping cup it's been normal domino's pizza. Tonight 11/4/23 was the first issue I've had. We had a burnt pizza and the other ones had a very weird smell. Called and explained what was going on, the girl said they'll remake it all is good. A short few mins later I get a call from the manager who starts berating me after I tried to explain what was going on. After a few mins of back and forth, the manager was so loud my wife could hear her plain as as day coming through the phone sitting a few feet away from me. I even offered to bring the order back to the store so that they can verify the odd smell. It reached a point I just wanted a refund, to which she told me it would be back in a few days and hung up on me. I'm shocked and appalled at how unprofessional the manager was for this whole situation and there's a good chance I will no longer do business because of this.

Went to this store to discuss the termination of my nephew with the manager. She came out yelling at me was extremely rude all over a $15 order that was possibly delivered to the wrong address. 1st mistake = fired. She has no business being a GM. Lost an employee and our business.
