Straight trash. We were lied to. They told us several times a vet visit was paid for with the adoption fee of the cat we bought all we were told to do was take a paper they gave us to the vet when we arrived at said vets office they said they knew nothing about it and when we asked dots about it they lied again and said they told us no such thing. Do not recommend. Go to the shelter at least they won't lie to you

This pet store does not take proper care of their animals, all 3 animals I have ever gotten from Dots have died within a week. Thankfully they will be closing soon, I do not recommend buying any pets from them.
