I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. I attempted using a competitor, but was informed the competitor couldn't accomplish the job. At that point, the competitor referred me here.
Elida Road Tire Services was able to squeeze me in and complete the service I required. I am extremely grateful for their professional service.

They've always taken care of us. This last visit we waited 1 hour &50 minutes for a tire repair. Thats almost 2 hours past our scheduled appt time. I understand things get busy, but I did not have the flexibility to be here this long today. Would have preferred an appt on a different day, or a heads up that they were running so far behind schedule. The guy who worked on my car kept giving me dirty looks as i was paying, like somwhow i was wrong for being annoyed at having been there so long.bThey did offer a small discount for the inconvenience.

Love this shop they are very professional and knowledgeable for a fair price, Trust me and come here they are the best around I’ll never go anywhere but here, I had two other shops waste my time then they ended up saving the day!

Customer service Is no good. They seem overwhelmed by the work that they have. I went in for a simple alignment. I was treated as an inconvenience to the whole shop although I was on the schedule and on time. Received no feedback on the job that was done.
