Even with insurance picking up the tab I still have to put a card with $50 up with them in order to get a car.

A man named Ryan who identified himself over the phone as the manager was so disrespectful over the phone I would never go there again. Hard to believe an alleged manager could be so rude and disrespectful and condescending. The employees in the location were also very disrespectful to my husband as well. We had originally had a reservation but they said it was cancelled!We have been customers nationwide of Enterprise Rental for over 25 years. This was to be our first time in Lima, Ohio though. Wont happen ever again. I did call the corporate office and am waiting for a return call from the DM.If you're looking for a pleasant and respectful experience, I understand there is a Budget Rental out here. That's where I will check next...I did get a response from someone named Chris who asked for my contact info. I sent him an email as requested. Still awaiting his response. I think he is from the Corporate office. I truly hope so... Will update with the progress.Second UpdateAfter emailing Chris yesterday I really did expect a response, at least an acknowledgement. So far, nothing...UPDATE 9/6/23 - - I just called the location since Chris never responded. The guy on the phone could care less. Rude, snitty, the whole nine yards. I'm thinking Enterprise is simply not the same customer service oriented business as they used to be. Never will I ever use this location again. I guess they're just different in other states...

Was given a Nissan Armada, drove it to Tennessee. On the way home the transmission blew and was narrowly avoided an accident on I-75N. Waited on the side of the highway for over an hour for a tow truck. Paid out of pocket for a taxi to the nearest Enterprise, as well as out of pocket for the tow truck to bring our belongings to the Enterprise. We were given a smaller vehicle and had to leave some of our belongings in a dumpster! Enterprise in Lima, OH called a week later to close out our contract and bill us IN FULL. I told them absolutely not. I wanted the bill cleared completely as we were left stranded on the side of I-75N with four children in the car, and then paid out of pocket to get to the next place, and then had to leave our stuff behind because a larger vehicle wasn’t available. The manager at the Lima office told me he completely understood and would have his area manager contact me personally. Did that happen??? NO. Instead I find the FULL CHARGE on my credit card. Completely unacceptable. We lost about $300 of our own personal money on top of the serious safety issues of this vehicle!! Never never never use the Lima office or #Enterprise

Booked a minivan 3 weeks in advance for an outrageous price of 600 for 4 days. Then 3 days before our trip they say it’s unavailable. So I call and see if I can get a 3rd row seating suv oh ya sure no problem but it’s gonna be 800 for it. I called and talked to customer service and corporate to lower the price to what the minivan cost and was told no by everyone so I said no other choice have to get the3rd row suv for 800 I’m irritated about it but no choice. Now 1 day after the call they say the suv is unavailable. Terrible communication I would advise anyone to take there business elsewhere.

For the 2nd time in a row they did not have a vehicle that we rented months in advance. Nor anything to rent to us to fill the need we had. The customer service rep we spoke to at the Lima office was incredibly rude. Never again will we rent from there.

Issac at the Lima office was so helpful! We unfortunately were there due to our vehicle being totaled, he was so understanding and had such a positive attitude!

Booking online was easy and convenient. I was contacted by a very professional and nice repNick in the selected location to confirm and he also handled my pick up and drop off. ? and ❤️ the vehicle options were amazing. Will definitely use the Lima Ohio enterprise for future rentals

THE FOLKS AT THE ENTERPRISE LIMA STORE ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH WITH SERVICE. AND CONCERN THEMSELVES WITH MAKING THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE ONE THING THAT I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY MYSELF WITH.

I wish I could give 10 stars…Lucas was awesome and took great care of me. He answered all the questions I had because I’m renting a car due to an accident so I will be using it for a while. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.Thanks again
