Worst FedEx around! Paid priority overnight shipping and app said it was to be delivered by noon...never came, called several times and they kept saying they can't get ahold of driver...9pm still no package! And Lima driver done clocked out for the day! Don't use Lima FedEx!

Needed help printing a return label and the worker working got me all set even helped me unload my very heavy box. Hopefully it makes it to its destination undamaged but so far I'm giving the experience 5 stars.

My package never left this facility , therefore my grandsons never received their Christmas gifts. Very disappointed and I will never use fedex again. Someone working there stole my box.
