Very kind and caring friendly people they work with you with everything. Time day something happens to your vehicle they will work with about getting it back in as soon as possible. I wouldn't take my car any place else but Firestone.

YOU CAN FIND A CHEAPER DEAL/ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They were able to serve us in our emergency situation and, they got us in and out….PRODUCT IS GREAT!….MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PRICES/ EXTREMELY HIGH….IF YOURE NOT FINANCING YOU WILL PAY AT THE LEAST $1000.00….WHICH IS TOO MUCH FOR TIRES IN MY OPINION FOR TODAY’S ECONOMY.

The workers were rude. The service was horribly slow. They had more people sitting around doing nothing than they had people actually working on cars they all seem to have no degree of urgency or promptness they all were extremely avoidant of customers and overall it was a poor experience I will be sharing with others I would never return.

Changing my original review from 4 stars to 3 stars and now to 1 star. Prices way too high. Front desk people aren't very professional. When I got new tires my pressure sensor stopped working and they would not repair and most recently I got my front brakes changed- but all of them checked (very expensive) I dropped the vehicle with no grinding rear brakes and some how left with grinding rear brakes.... EVERY time I go here I leave with issues that didn't exist before.
Once, twice MAYBE a fluke... but 8 or so times coming here and having problems like this every time- I will never ever come here again for anything.
I also reached out to their support desk and they said a manager from this store would be reaching out and that never happened. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your service.

I was impressed by the service here. I hit a pothole the size of the tire that was hidden and not marked in the city of Lima. But Firestone was able to get me going again in minutes. Great service and great work!

They were extremely professional and helpful. They got my AC condenser replaced and AC re-charged in a timely manner and I can’t thank them enough, especially with the heat of the summer. Thanks again Firestone of Lima!
