I would like to start and say this 5. Below is absolutely amazing. All the way from the start. As soon as you walk in the door there's at least 224 people saying hello, welcome to 5 Below. The store is always very clean and very organized. Every other 5 below I've been to has not felt this clean nor organized, especially with all the little kids that go through the toys. I feel these employees take the time if not extra time to make their store is clean and organized. I feel the employees.
Are always more than willing to help you and be there for customer service. Also I would like to address 2 of the employees specifically. The reason for that is I constantly call and visit the store to check up on items. And they never, ever have once gotten short. I had an attitude with me. Every single time I can hear the happiness to help. And I can see a smile on their face. Having that brings me back to the store. Every single week.
Sometimes multiple times a week because of the awesome staff that is there.

Profiling at its best. I understand the cash was doing what she was asked by her boss standing behind me. But real fk sad it was my 5 year old that had my sunglasses on I got from my eye doctor. So after the cashier asked me I told her no she can check her cameras. But how embarrassing is that to be asked when there are other ppl around. So I told the cashier to keep the almost $4 in change. Just cause I don't dress nice doesn't mean I have money. I have plenty of money. So don't judge a book by its cover

This is an amazing store! It's a must store to come in and shop or window shop. They have my teenage years favorite candy 'ZOTz' sour apple my favorite n too many to list. I also bought a chocolate Hershey's house to put together on Christmas Eve. ?⛄?
