Instead of employees simply grabbing the product out of the boxes they needed to stock they tried to sell me on a different product or asked to come back in a couple days when they have unloaded the boxes. If they were busy I would understand, but they were just standing around having a conversation. Luckily I can just order my products online.

VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE ITEM I ASKED FOR, AND SUGGESTED IF I WANTED TO USE THE ORDERING OF THE ITEM ONLINE AND TO USE THE AUTOMATIC SENDING THE ITEM IN 45 DAYS, SO I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP TO GNC. THIS APPROACH I LIKED VERY MUCH. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SUGGESTION, VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.

Horrible customer service I had purchased some protein a few weeks ago and I got one that I didn't care for tasted horrible I called in to if I could exchange it for a different flavor I let him know I didn't have a reciept he said it would be no problem. I drove 15 mins for a different guy to tell me that that guy is new and just left and that he couldn't switch it out for me.
