Please, everybody listen to what people say on here. this dealership is nothing but a joke No matter how good it looks when you buy it it’s gonna to fall apart. purchased a hummer and within a year, the transmission went out. as they had it up on the wrack at the transmission shop that I took it to they called me and said the frame was completely rusted out not even worth fixing. Called the dealership to talk to them and he said well you’ve had it for a year and a half. It can rust a lot in a year and a half and hung up on me. Everybody stay away from here.

EXTREME CAUTION: I purchased a vehicle here in February 2022. I stopped by the lot (Mistake 1: coming here) I did the best I could to make sure the vehicle functioned well, and felt confident enough to purchase it (Mistake 2: not getting a per-purchase inspection). On the drive back to Michigan, the vehicle's check engine light came on. Great. I made it back to my local mechanic to get it checked out and make sure everything was safe to drive. The check engine light came on because the catalytic converter was missing. There is NO REALISTIC WAY that Goodman's Auto Sales did not know this at the time of sale, unless they are grossly incompetent. When I asked directly if there were any known issues with the vehicle, I was told "no".On top of this, half of the brake pads were replaced... Just enough to look fine from the outside, but not enough to be safe to drive for an extended period of time. I got everything that needed to be fixed, fixed - to the tune of ~$2k. After getting about 4k miles on the vehicle, the TRANSMISSION FAILED. I decided to cut my losses and move on - I highly recommend anybody considering coming here to look elsewhere.

Buyer beware!!! I would have any car purchased from Chuck to have it checked out from someone else. After paying 5000 for a car and it breaking down 2 days later. I’ve put 5000 into fixing it just to be told I need to get rid of it and cut my losses. Why? Because there was A LOT more wrong with it!! He’s a really nice guy when buying it, but not so much when you call him 2 days later to tell him you think the transmission went out.Hey Chuck, the two different places I ended up taking it to, yeah they are both curious to how you fix this car long enough to get it sold!! ?Never again will I but anything there. You only make small car dealerships look bad!!Oh and some of your reviews come from your employees or family? Wonder why?Lesson learned!!! I may be out 10,000 dollars but at least I’m honest!!!

Buyer beware!!! I would advise anyone that buys anything from Chuck to have it checked out by an independent mechanic or somewhere else before purchasing. Chuck is a real nice guy when you are buying. But when the car breaks down 2 days after you buy it, he turns into an a**hole. I've had 2 different mechanics not only tell me that this car has A LOT of problems, but has been that way for a long time. After spending 5000 on the car and another 5000 to fix SOME of the problems. I was encouraged to cut my losses and get rid of it. Thanks Chuck!!! You only make small business owners look bad, I will never buy a car again from a small business and encourage as many people that I can to NEVER buy from you!!! P.S. Hey the dealership wants to know how you managed to keep this thing running long enough to sell it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They have done nothing but cost me money. I bought a Chevy Cruze in February and not even 48 hours after the check engine light came on. We ran a code and it came back for catalytic converter. Then not even 2 weeks after the tire blew, so when I went to put on the spare tire, it was shredded. There was a gigantic hole in the spare tire about a foot long. This place is ridiculous and never once made it right. Everyone I know who has purchased from this place also has had terrible experiences. Save yourself the money & hassle. Also, the main guy who works here is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Three weeks after I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze, my check engine light came on and my car started shaking violently. And the owner forget to mention that the A/C compressor was completely junk so I had no A/C and it was an $800 fix. They do not thoroughly inspect the cars or just choose not to tell you all the problems the cars have. All around my car has done me well, just be highly suspicious and ask a lot of questions in the car buying process.

This dealership has done nothing but cost us money. 3 days after we bought the car for our daughter the check engine light came on and the car started smoking. We called Goodman's and he told us to bring it back and his mechanic would fix it. We took it back and when we picked up the car they explained that a belt had come lose. 2 weeks later the engine code comes back. All they had done for the code was reset it. My husband took it to auto zone to see the code and it is for the catalytic converter. Which we had seen the maintenance report from the dealership before Goodman's and it had been replaced. Also, when Goodman's fixed the belt they had broke the pulley tensioner on the serpentine belt. Save Youself the headache and money pit that you will get from Goodman's!!
