I had a 2012 Chevy Equinox. It was in excellent condition. I had gotten a good one and had taken care of it. It was loaded and only had 120k. I needed a bigger backend because of what I was doing for a living. I stopped at Goodman and ended up purchasing a 2012 Jeep Libery with 150K. My pet had gotten sick so I was crazy busy with oncology appointments and work. It was really hot outside too. I trade my car and $5000 for the Jeep. This was on a Sunday and I had to drive an hour to the oncologist on Wednesday for my pet. Unfortunately she had a clot and passed on Tuesday. And the Jeep stopped running on Wednesday. It needed a new transmission cable plus the old one had been GLUED in. Who does that? When I took it to my repair guy, told me I should have kept the Equinox. There were so many issues with the Jeep that I had traded down. I was just thankful that it hadn't stranded me and our beloved pet in the heat. I would have been seriously pissed. But that's what I get for going somewhere I didn't know. Never again.

So this car lot sold my ex-girlfriend a lemon that broke down after one year After she and her family have bought many cars from this , the mechanic said it would cost more to fix it than the car was worth so in the end she was still $6000 in debt paying for a car that she couldn’t even drive anymore. I do not recommend going here because we also gave this guy a heads up a week after we bought the car about the problems And he really didn’t help us at all.

Don’t by here car!I by for 5000 cash and after five weeks start problems!They actually disconnect and never showed up any light that something go wrong !Car was with 4 very bad tires and all 4 was different..I by new one,secon some safety issues ..and I fix the problem ..in last five month spent around 5000$to repair everything get wrong !lTo end my car stop on middle road five weeks ago and they take to my mechanic (best )they told me ..my car is not worth to fix ,,the mechanic problem cost so much money and only five services can fix if I want !I have to end 200$ for junk ..they take to junk with 4 brand new tires ..all 4 brake was new and so much more!!STOP DOING THIS WITH PEOPLE

I can only share my personal experience. We bought a 2000 buick century during the scamdemic and its been great for 3 years. Only complaint is 5k for a century is high regardless of circumstances.

Don't buy a car from here. They clean them up enough to look good but your going to have the engine light come on after 30 minutes of leaving to find engine problems, heating problems,lights burnt out the list goes on

This place is a joke. Cars sitting there have issues (can tell no one’s even been interested), denied an application with trade in but yet we have a $60,000 car we had no issues getting, guy was rude when we showed up. Don’t suggest going here

Do not buy a vehicle here! I bought a vehicle a week ago, and even after telling him we thought there was something wrong with it, he refused to drop the price and refused to look into it! 1 week after paying $8k for a vehicle and we can’t even drive it! They sell cars for way over book value and don’t back their sales at all because they know they are selling bad vehicles! We will be getting an attorney!This was at the one on Metcalf! There for the reason I left the review on the metcalf Goodmans Auto sales

Severely overpriced! Most of his vehicles are 2k to 3k over Kelley blue book value, carfox, and kbb! Lima ohio in general has no real priced used cars. You'll have to leave town. Best deals are in Indiana and Michigan. Goodman auto sales WORST RIP OFF. Vehicles come in need of repair.

Was only there inquiring about an apartment the owner had available, but he was super friendly and very polite. Would definitely consider going there if I were looking for a vehicle, he seemed like a pretty solid, reliable person.
