My sister went in for a bob, but left in tears. All they had to do was pretty much cut the back she is had the front pretty much the way it needed to be. She got back in the vehicle in tears I went in I wanted to know which one of them did it but there were at least five children in there so I couldn't act the fool but I let them know the job they did was horrible and the one lady had the audacity to tell me well we didn't charge her my God I would hope not doesn't make her feel any better doesn't fix herself-esteem and I am beyond annoyed every protective mother instinct came out in me now she's thinking she's going to have to go for a pixie to fix what they did and that is way shorter than she was wanting to do thanks a lot great clips kudos to you

This particular location has very friendly, conversational staff. At one time or another I believe all the ladies have cut my hair. Always satisfied.

Don't bother checking in online, they just choose who's hair they want to cut. Checked in online and waited 38mins just to be skipped not once not twice but 3 times. I'll never return!

What is a business without it's employees.... Just so happens this store always has very friendly very helpful stylist that are a credit to their brand. The prices can be a little expensive but anytime I get a coupon code I make sure to tip as much as I'm able.

If I could give zero stars I would. They DESTROYED my sons hair. Nothing is even and spots are thinner then others. He has a record of how his hair is cut she looked at it and made a dirty face. I said that's how it's always cut there has never been a problem. Yet she went and did it her own way and my son left in tears in the car.

I said up front if you don't think you can give me the cut I want I will wait for another stylist.
She said she would get her supervisor.
I should have left right then.
My hair hair ended up looking like it was cut with a chainsaw in the back.
