I have a two year old and as you might imagine, haircuts can be a challenge. I have had multiple stylists and they have all been patient with his behaviors and used good judgements in when to continue and when he had reached the limit. His safety is always first priority and I appreciate that ❤️

I go to the Great Clips on Elida Rd. In Lima Ohio. I've been going there for quite some time. I have a certain lady that cuts my hair. She' always does a great job on my hair.

I am very disappointed in this salon. My mother had gone to get her hair cut in the recent past, and hairstylist Brynn treated her with hostility ever since my mother and a couple other family members walked in the door. The cape was fastened way too tight intentionally and she did not bother to loosen it, the hairstylist didn't do a full trim despite that that was requested, and she had a very rude and short attitude even when small talk and courtesy was extended. Even one of her coworkers noticed the attitude she was giving. And because my mother is NICE, still left the hairstylist with a tip that she didn't deserve. I would not recommend coming here if that's how paying customers are going to be treated!
