I've never been disappointed there. They care for you pet like you do. I use Dr. Smith and she does a great job. She will even call you at home to check on you pet to best meet it's needs.

We are so grateful for Dr. Joe and his entire staff. They truly are the best of the best! Everyone was so kind and compassionate during a very difficult time when we had to put our sweet baby boy Buddy to sleep. The kindness and compassion was immeasurable, giving us time and consideration and comfort to say our goodbyes. We miss him terribly but know for sure he’s at peace and received the best possible care his 12 years with Dr. Joe & his staff.

I am changing my rating to the practice to a 5 star because it’s not fair to give them a 1 star due to one negative person. However, Dr.Graham I’m giving a *1 STAR* because his unprofessional behavior shown during a recent visit.
I brought in a stray cat that I have been personally caring for and paying medical expenses for—even though she is not my cat. I have spent over $1,000 out of my own pocket to treat her and had plans to get her spayed once my finances allowed. I have my own animals to care for first, and unexpected financial issues came up, which delayed that plan.
Despite explaining this, Dr. Graham said, “You’re not in trouble with me,” and then immediately proceeded to scold me for not having her fixed yet because she is pregnant again. I tried to keep her inside during this cold winter but unfortunately she found a way out. The tone was disrespectful, judgmental, and completely inappropriate—especially considering I was doing far more than most people would for a stray. He also mentioned if i wasn’t going to keep her i should take her to the shelter or have her euthanized!!!!
I want to be very clear: this review is only about Dr. Graham.
Dr. Joe, Dr. Wendy, and Dr. Danielle all continue to receive 5-star ratings from me. They have always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
I have been going to this practice for many years, back when Dr. Heidt was still there, and I have never been treated this way before. If Dr. Graham continues to treat long-time clients like this, he is going to drive this place into the ground with his disrespect toward customers.
Helping animals should never come with shame or judgment—especially when someone is clearly trying their best.

In and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Thought the price for the meds were higher than we anticipated. But overall our visit was good.

Good thorough care for Smokey! Smokey can be quite resistant to oral medications. Dr. Graham managed him quite well and demonstrated the proper administration. He was very informative and helpful.

I really like taking my dog Lola here. The staff our great and the Dr. Is very thorough. They try there best to make Lola feel comfortable and she likes the treats. 🤷🩷

Everyone was so nice and the provider gave clear explanations. A wonderful experience for my cat so I scheduled my dogs as well.
