Screw this company and there useless employees! They withheld very important information from us while we rented a car which got us stopped by the police who then extorted us. Is it too inconvenient for your lazy employees to tell your customers to keep there high beams on during the day??? No other country has this dumb rule and you know it. The service was atrocious and dismissive to boot.

Do not come here you will regret it. Not the best location or company. I went three times in one day to rent a car under my insurance claim. Everything went well on the first day she even volunteered to pick me up. How when she is the only employee in the office???So I went to pick up the car. Now she tells me I need a deposit. Ok I will use my card however she was unable to scan. Booked an early reservation what's all the drama???Maybe she did not know what she was doing. It's been three days with this drama. I have no back up plan. just plan bad. All that condescending patronizing BS. CLEARLY THIS IS THE WORST HERTS LOCATION I have been to. I will not be back. Very disappointing.ðŸ˜

I really enjoyed my experience renting with Hertz! The car provided was of superior quality and very clean. The customer service was excellent and they were clear and concise about all charges. I would definitely rent with Hertz again!

I'm outraged by Hertz's deposit return process. My $200 deposit, made on October 4th, remains unresolved over 20 days later.
Despite multiple calls to Hertz and my bank, I've received conflicting information. Hertz blames my bank, while my bank asserts Hertz hasn't sent the release code. One Hertz representative even hung up on me.
As a loyal bank customer for over five years, I know the issue lies with Hertz. The bank can't override the transaction until 31 days pass, leaving me without my funds.
This excessive delay and poor customer service have eroded my trust. I will not do business with Hertz again and plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Avoid Hertz if you value timely deposit returns and decent customer service.

Very friendly rented a car last weekend. I didn't have a credit card ? they let me use my check debit card with a deposit of course . They put the deposit back into my card the next day after returning the car the way I picked it up of course. Friendly place.
